Who we are
Asia Christian Authors is a community of Christian authors across Asia. You can reach us at hello@asiachristianauthors.com.
What we collect
When you join, RSVP to an event, or submit a book, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email, country, and anything you choose to tell us. For events we may also ask for a mobile number, which is optional. We do not collect payments on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, send the welcome and event emails you asked for, add you to our community list, and review book submissions. Submitted books get a first read from an AI assistant, which looks at the listing and the link you gave. A person makes every final decision. We do not sell your information.
Who helps us
We use a few services to run the site: Firebase (Google) to store records, MailerLite to manage our email list, Resend to send emails, Vercel to host the site, and Google Analytics to see how many people visit. They handle data only to provide these services.
Accounts and book clicks
You can sign in with your email using a one-time link. We keep a simple record of your books and their review status, and a short activity log of what you do while signed in, such as signing in, sharing a book or RSVPing. You and the admin can see this log. It helps us support you. When someone taps a book button we add one to an anonymous click count for that book. We do not store who clicked.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@asiachristianauthors.com.
Book submissions
Books you share are shown publicly once approved, along with the author name and country. Links lead to the author's own pages and we are not responsible for what happens on those pages.
