About us
Asia Christian Authors is a network of Christian authors who support, encourage and promote each other. We started as a small group around a table and we want to keep that feeling as we grow.
Our vision
A community of Christian authors across Asia, using our writing to impact Asia and transform culture with the hope of the gospel, and lifting one another up as we write.
How we are different
Relational and transactional, with a mission
Many communities are either too relational or too transactional. We want the best of both, and we hold it together with a mission.
Relational
Real friendship, prayer and encouragement. No one writes alone.
Transactional
Practical help that gets books into readers' hands: sharing, promoting and trading skills.
Missional
We use our writing to impact Asia and transform culture. Everything we do points there.
Connect
Bring Christian authors in Asia together so no one writes alone.
Equip
Share skills in writing, publishing, marketing and using AI wisely as a tool.
Amplify
Promote each other's books through a shared library and referral network.
Why this community exists
Writing a book is a lonely road. Many of us face the same things:
Marketing
Writing the book was the easy part. Getting it into readers' hands is harder.
Sales
Few of us have a team. We need friends who will share our work.
Isolation
Most of us write in the quiet corners of busy lives, often without anyone who understands.
Discouragement
Doubt visits every author. A kind word from someone who has been there changes a lot.
The long-term dream
An Asia Christian Authors Festival. We start small, with a hybrid gathering on 15 November 2026, and grow together from there.
